Responsibilities
- Process consumer loan applications from submission through funding in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, investor and program guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Partner with underwriters, loan officers, contact center and branch staff, members, and dealer partners to efficiently manage the loan pipeline while delivering accuracy, regulatory compliance, and member service.
- Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience in consumer loan processing, lending support, or a related financial services role. - Preferred: experience in a credit union or community financial institution; familiarity with nCino or a comparable loan origination system, indirect lending platforms such as Origence (CUDL), and the Fiserv DNA core banking system; working knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Military Lending Act (MLA).
