Job Description:The Financial Advisor Manager (FAM) is responsible for the direct management of a team of Financial Advisors. Key objectives include hiring, onboarding, and supervising the day‑to‑day activities and performance of the FAs in an assigned market/territory. The FAM will recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor Financial Advisors, ensuring suitability and product knowledge, and reviewing all business activity. The role partners with Retail and other internal partners to build positive relationships and drive referral activities.
The FAM advises through planning and the distribution of Mass Affluent products such as annuities, managed solutions and insurance, as well as high net worth and brokerage referrals for Stores covered by the FAs. The manager implements plans and programs that create opportunities for the team to acquire new clients and deepen existing business.
