Your Contribution:
- Accountable for financial oversight for sales‑related processes, ensuring compliance to SOX and federal anti‑kickback statutes (US).
- Develop US infrastructure and operational finance processes with global stakeholders; responsible for L2C process execution in the US.
- Full accountability for G2N: prepare/review journal entries, account reconciliations, and sales‑deduction true‑ups for month‑end closing.
- Support establishment of the Gross to Net process for BNTX USA; collaborate with local/global stakeholders; build Finance USA capabilities.
- Apply expertise in discounts, rebates, Government Pricing, and payer dynamics to impact ASP/net cost recovery.
- Lead US G2N reserve analysis and forecasting; mitigate risk and ensure accurate revenue recognition across commercial and government channels (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid/PBMs).
- Analyze actual vs. forecast variances and advise US leadership on pricing, payer mix, and product launches.
- Manage Government Pricing Reporting.
- Manage outsourcing partners (external G2N provider, 3PLs/5PLs) for BNTX requirements/interfaces; assess internalization strategy.
- Primary point of contact for external and royalty audits; maintain “Reasonable Assumptions” documentation and SOX‑compliant SOPs.
- Drive US Finance transformation from research‑centered to commercial‑centered.
- Build and lead an internal team for upcoming activities.
- Finance degree; CPA preferred.
- 10+ years US pharma experience (preferably oncology) in Gross to Net, Accounts Receivable, Government pricing, and related general accounting.
- Knowledge of distribution, GPOs, patient support program financial implications, and 340B.
- Public accounting experience (preferably SOX environment).
- Experience in ERP transformation projects.
- Ability to set up new processes, work through ambiguity, and take personal accountability.
- Onsite presence required.
