Financial Services Employer Partnerships Specialist

Join a fast paced university finance program during peak recruiting season, supporting employer partnerships and managing a high volume of student job postings. We are looking for someone with real exposure to financial services or capital markets who can speak the language of the industry and execute accurately under deadlines.
Finance exposure is required. This can come from working in financial services or supporting financial services clients, employers, or teams in a professional setting. Examples include asset management, investment banking, wealth management, capital markets, fintech, financial consulting, custody, fund administration, or investor services.
Key Details

• Pay - $40/hour
• Work Arrangement - Hybrid (2 days per week on-site in Cambridge, MA in a typical week)

Great fit backgrounds

• Client service associate in asset management or wealth management
• Relationship analyst or relationship manager in finance
• Account manager supporting financial services clients including vendors selling into finance
• Client onboarding specialist in brokerage, custody, asset management, or fintech
• Recruiting coordinator, HR, or campus recruiting within financial services
• Operations or investor services roles with stakeholder facing communication

Required qualifications

• Two plus years of stakeholder facing experience in a financial services environment or supporting financial services clients
• High attention to detail and strong follow through in a high volume workflow
• Comfortable managing multiple job postings, deadlines, and communications at once
• Able to explain at a high level buy side versus sell side, investment banking versus asset management, and the differences between hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in Cambridge with a minimum of two days onsite per week

Not a fit if

• No exposure to financial services or capital markets and not comfortable discussing common industry segments
