Veralto is seeking a Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Assistant Corporate Secretary to lead strategic transactions that drive long‑term growth. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, and segments to shape deal strategy and integration.
You will architect and execute cross‑border M&A deals, oversee due diligence, negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements, manage outside counsel, and mentor junior attorneys.
