We know you cannot reach a six‑figure income alone; our stylists build real careers by supporting each other, contributing to the culture, and understanding that when the salon wins, everyone wins. We invest in technical education, professional development, and mindset work because who you are matters as much as what you do behind the chair.

Full‑time chair, 34+ hours per week. You’ll work with color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, extensions, and more in an environment that pushes you to be your best.

For stylists who want more beyond the chair, we also offer editorial and photoshoot opportunities, in‑salon education and teaching, and mentoring of junior stylists. These are available to those who want them – not required.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday – a 4‑day work week with optional Sundays. Full‑time income with built‑in balance.

• Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
• 4+ years of professional salon experience
• Strong color and cutting skills – balayage and highlights are your happy place
• Extensions experience preferred, but not necessary; alternative hair solutions a plus
• A genuine love for teamwork and a belief that better together is how six‑figures happen here
