Le Petit Salon Curl Concept is seeking a talented, curious, and ambitious licensed cosmetologist who is ready to transform their career by specializing in the art and science of curls and textured hair.

This is not a traditional hairstylist role. It is a rare and intentional apprenticeship opportunity to study directly under Teo Sorce, a master curl stylist with over 30 years of focused expertise. You will learn a proprietary, science-based methodology that combines precision technique, deep curl pattern analysis, and genuine client understanding.

As part of our exclusive Curl Commission Team, you will join a salon that exists solely for the craft of textured hair. This is an elite training program designed for someone who wants to become one of the most knowledgeable and respected curl specialists in the Greater Boston area.

• One-on-one mentorship from Teo Sorce, a true master in the curl industry
• Comprehensive, hands-on training in curl science, pattern analysis, specialized cutting, styling, and chemical services for textured hair
• The ability to confidently work with all curl types (Type 2–4) and a wide spectrum of textures

We are looking for professionals who possess the following qualities:

• Licensed Cosmetologist in Massachusetts with strong foundational technical skills, or students of cosmetology
• Genuine passion and curiosity for textured and curly hair
• Strong desire to master a specialty rather than remain a generalist
• Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous education
• Empathy, professionalism, and a true client-centered approach
• Humility and eagerness to learn a completely new methodology

Previous curl-specific experience is not required. What we value most is drive, curiosity, technical aptitude, and a deep respect for textured hair.

As a beginner candidate with strong performance during your training, we offer a starting wage of $20–$25 per hour. There are also potential bonuses for top candidates who excel in their training.

Once you transition to working independently on the floor, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions. We offer up to 45% commission for top candidates based on performance and client retention during the training and professional period.
