Boston Speech Therapy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality support to our clients. This role comes with a competitive compensation rate of $90 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent in the field. This position is mostly supervisory in nature. Full time 35 hours per week starting ASAP and going through the end of the school year.

This position will have a flexible schedule, enabling you to work both in-person and remotely as needed. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to inform treatment planning
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct support and intervention for clients, ensuring consistent application of strategies
  • Collaborate with other professionals, families, and caregivers to enhance client outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience providing behavior analysis in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of behavior assessment and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for helping clients reach their behavioral and developmental goals
