Position: Head of Value for Healthcare Systems and Economics
* Advanced degree (PhD, Pharm

D, MD, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field. MBA or advanced business training preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on HEOR, Market Access, and pricing strategies.
* Proven success in leading HEOR/RWE teams and integrating value access into business operations.
* Expert knowledge of global and local market access environments, HTA bodies, and regulatory expectations.
* Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and pricing models.
* Experience with payer negotiations, HTA submissions, and value-based agreements.
* Recognized thought leader in HEOR and Market Access.
* Experience with US and global key markets, including ICER and HTA bodies.
* Track record of successful external partnerships and policy influence.
* Strong focus on execution and delivery within business operations.
