US Asthma Marketing Director

* The US Asthma Marketing Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the Provider and Patient strategy, narrative & asset creation for Dupixent in Asthma, aligned to the moments that matter. Critical to this role is an ability to drive innovation, deliver quantifiable impact and ensure a strong differentiation from the competition. This role will provide leadership to ensure strong alignment collaboration and executional excellence with cross-functional partners, GTMC, the alliance and the global team.

The Marketing Director will develop a thorough understanding of both provider and patient needs.
* Reports to the Head of Product Strategy for Respiratory.
* 7-10+ years’ experience in Brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in the Respiratory space
* Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful provider and patient campaigns and strategies
* Proven success working in a cross-functional matrix and alliance partnership environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
* A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
