Resident Care Associate (CNA, HHA)

Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Cambridge Homes' caring and compassionate Resident Care team members provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home‑like, and engaging work environment.

Available Shifts

Part Time: mixed second and third shifts

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $20 per hour.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
  • Lead or join fun activities of your choice with the residents.
  • Track care and other tasks using our electronic health record system.
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
  • Collaborate across all departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Certification:
    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
  • Physical requirements:

    standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance).
  • Communication: ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers.
  • Punctuality and reliability – residents rely on us to assist them with daily living activities, and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
