Receptionist, Healthcare

Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Receptionist to provide welcoming, efficient front desk support within our Healthcare & Medical Services administration team. Based in our community clinics, you will greet and check in patients, verify insurance and demographics, manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the EHR. You'll coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow while upholding HIPAA standards.
