Home Health Aide

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide direct, in home support to patients across Cambridge, Somerville, and metro north Boston. The HHA assists with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while monitoring basic health status and reporting changes to the clinical team. Working within CHA's mission-driven, teaching-focused environment, you'll support diverse, underserved patients, promote independence and safety at home, and collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other providers to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
