Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) seeks a Milieu Counselor for Cahill 3 at Cambridge Hospital. This 24-hour/week role covers nights (11pm-7:30am) in an 18-bed inpatient psychiatric unit for adults, under RN supervision.
The position focuses on safety, structure, trauma-informed care, and patient-family-centered planning. Responsibilities include ADL support, leading groups, safety checks, 1:1 patient meetings, and precise charting of vitals, intake/output, and hydration.
