Job Summary
Seeking a Drug Safety Consultant II with strong Pharmacovigilance and aggregate safety reporting experience to support global safety surveillance activities.
Must-Haves:- 5+ years of Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety experience
- Hands-on experience with aggregate safety reports — PSUR/PBRER, DSUR, PADER, and/or local reports
- Experience with safety signal detection, evaluation, and management
- Knowledge of global PV regulations and clinical/post-marketing safety requirements
- Experience interpreting medical/safety data and supporting regulatory responses
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Quality
- Experience with safety databases/case processing
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
- PharmD, MSc, PhD, MPH or similar advanced degree
- Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech companies
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Business Objects
- Vendor oversight and PV process improvement experience
