- Serve as a credible medical scientific expert and primary Hematology medical representative
- Review and coordinate submissions for Commercial Promotional (PRC) and Scientific (non-promotional) Material Review (DSMR) teams
- Ensure therapeutic-area content and communications are consistent, medically sound, compliant, adequately referenced, and aligned with medical strategy
- Engage with Legal/Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial cross-functional partners
- Act as primary point of contact for medical communication agencies
- Support project planning and facilitate or contribute to medical tactic content development
- Coordinate with Global Medical, Clinical Development, Medical Evidence Generation Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, and R&D stakeholders
- Ensure US Medical scientific content aligns with the Global Scientific Platform
- Develop field medical slide decks, advisory board materials, congress materials, and medical training
- Coordinate and implement initiatives for the US Medical Hematology Team and US cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Field Medical and Training to develop and deliver training materials and resources
- PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP or other advanced degree in the life sciences
- Minimum two years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication (written and oral), including presentation skills
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively operate and exert influence within a highly matrixed organization
- Solid project management skills to include the ability to take initiative to solve complex and challenging problems
- Previous work in medical and promotional review preferred
- Clinical experience as a subject matter expert in the respective area preferred
- Previous work in medical communications and/or medical information preferred
Demonstrates expertise in Hematology and medical communications, with a strong focus on compliance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in developing medical content and training materials while ensuring alignment with global strategies.
