Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like clinical operations, biostatistics, and safety; contribute to regulatory submissions, safety evaluations, and data review strategies; mentor junior team members.

• advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare (PhD or PharmD preferred), 8+ years industry experience in clinical development with leadership capabilities; expertise in GCP, drug development phases 1-3, preferably in Oncology or Immuno-Oncology; proven record leading global studies, familiarity with EDC data systems, strong cross-functional influence skills, and adaptability.
