Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Hematology medical representative and process driver reviewing and coordinating Commercial Promotional (PRC) and Scientific (non-promotional) Material Review (DSMR) submissions to ensure therapeutic area content/communication consistency.
  • Coordinate with Legal/Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial to ensure medical soundness, compliance, proper referencing, and alignment with medical strategy.
  • Act as primary point of contact for medical communication agencies; support project planning and contribute to content development as assigned.
  • Coordinate with Global Medical, Clinical Development, Medical Evidence Generation Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, and R&D to align US Medical scientific content/communications with the Global Scientific Platform (e.g., slide decks, advisory board and congress materials, medical training).
  • Coordinate and implement initiatives for US Medical Hematology and US cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Field Medical and Training to ensure timely development/delivery of training materials and resources.
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP, or other advanced life sciences degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Solid project management; initiative to solve complex problems.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in medical and promotional review.
  • Clinical SME experience in the therapeutic area.
  • Experience in medical communications and/or medical information.
