Care Source is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator II to manage retrospective medical record retrieval, ROI deployment, and data documentation. The hybrid role requires one day weekly in the Springfield, MA office with remaining days remote, coordinating with health networks and provider offices to ensure timely chart access.
The candidate will analyze claims data, update databases, and produce reports while maintaining PHI security and contributing to process improvements across teams.
