LCSW $36.98-$51.07 per hour

LMHC/LICSW $42.16-$58.22 per hour

The Outpatient Department of Psychiatry provides services to those individuals, couples, and families who can derive maximum benefit from outpatient care across the spectrum of programs offered within the department. The diversity of the client population served, in addition to the treatment modalities utilized, requires interdisciplinary expertise and collaboration.

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care. Works at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line. The Health Integration Program (HIP) is a speciality clinic within the Outpatient Department of Psychiatry that serves adults (18+) with chronic psychotic illnesses who require intensive, team-based, outpatient supports, including comprehensive assessment, psychopharmacology, individual and group psychotherapy, and case management.

We are a vibrant, highly committed team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, social workers, peer specialists, case managers, and trainees (residents, psychology, social work interns) who collaborate closely with community supports and other team members to provide high quality, culturally informed, evidence-based psychiatric care. Therapist responsibilities on HIP include intake assessments, individual/group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation.

• Licensure:
  Current MA licensure as LMHC, LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), or LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker)
• Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site.
• Training in evidence-based treatments for psychosis (e.g., CBTp, CET) .
