Unit Details: ED Case Manager responsible for initial assessments, consults, referrals to post acute facilities, and discharge planning.
Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.
