* Maintain and enhance core Field Medical resources, including the Medical Playbook, onboarding materials, governance documentation, operational guides, and capability-building tools.
* Support MSL skills and capability development initiatives by coordinating training programs, facilitating learning experiences, capturing learner feedback, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Commercial, Global Medical Training, Compliance, Medical Operations, and other key business functions to deliver strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
* Develop presentations, meeting summaries, and leadership communications to support decision-making, project execution, and stakeholder alignment.
