Role:
Clinical Pharmacology Lead supporting Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, specializing in model-informed drug development (MIDD).
- provide clinical pharmacology expertise for study design, dose selection, and regulatory interactions
- design and oversee clinical pharmacology plans, integrate PK/PD data, and contribute to regulatory documents
- act as representative on multidisciplinary teams
- ensure best practices in clinical pharmacology and MIDD
- stay current with literature and regulatory standards
- influence external scientific communities
- MD/PhD or PharmD with 0+ years industry experience
- strong quantitative skills in PK/PD modeling (e.g., NONMEM, R)
- excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- experience in clinical pharmacology within biopharma, especially across early to late-stage development
High-Value: focus on Internal Medicine, model-informed strategies, clinical pharmacology in drug development, PK/PD analysis, and regulatory submissions.
Work setup: hybrid role requiring ~2.5 days onsite weekly in the U.S;
