We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused transportation and guest services professional to help create a welcoming arrival and departure experience for every guest. In this role, you will support smooth transportation operations, assist with luggage handling, and provide courteous front-door service that reflects our commitment to hospitality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing courteous and professional service at all times.
- Transport guests safely and efficiently using designated shuttle vehicles along approved routes and schedules.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings in a careful and respectful manner.
- Maintain clear communication with the front desk, valet, and other team members to coordinate guest transportation needs.
- Inspect shuttle vehicles before and after use to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures while operating vehicles.
- Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, and nearby services as requested.
- Support general bell and guest service duties to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Record transportation activity, mileage, or guest requests as required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
- Previous experience in guest services, transportation, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a shuttle vehicle and follow established routes and schedules.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or packages, with physical stamina for standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and hospitality standards is helpful.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
