Front Desk Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Supervises the front desk agents in their daily activities and maintains a good guest experience by performing the following duties.

• Perform all duties related to checking in and checking out guests.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings with all Front Desk staff.
• Supervise the front desk agents to ensure that their performance is up to Sonesta Service Standards.
• Delegate tasks to agents as needed.
• Check front desk work for consistency and accuracy and handle any problems that may arise.
• Oversee the completion of all Front Desk checklists.
• Verify all house accounts and investigate all room discrepancies.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager/supervisor for following shift.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide assistance in other areas of the hotel when needed.

$29 to $31 per hour (base pay; may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, job specific experience, and overall experience).
