Overview
Industry: Biotech, public company, 2500 employees, company growing (have commercial products)
Hours: 40 hours per week
WFH situation: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite is preferred)

Supporting our TA team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the teams that drive our growth and innovation. You’ll identify and engage top-tier talent across all functions of the business. In close partnership with Talent Advisors, HRBP's, and Hiring Leaders, you’ll analyze market trends, deliver talent insights, influence hiring decisions, and build strong, future-ready pipelines.
Responsibilities- Source high-impact talent using marketplace analytics, Linked In, and CRM/talent databases.
- Align sourcing strategies with the company’s goals for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver insights on talent availability, competitors, and compensation to guide hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on ideal candidate profiles.
- Craft compelling outreach strategies that reflect the company’s employer brand.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and pipeline quality.
- BS with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Foundational knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, Boolean searches, assessing, applicant tracking, and relationship building.
- Experience using technologies to support talent selection, including applicant tracking systems (Success Factors/Eightfold), sourcing platforms, and social media tools.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a large, matrixed organization or agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and leverage CRM technology to capture and share candidate data.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean logic and social recruiting.
- Ability to analyze market and competitor intelligence and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage passive talent.
