Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Facilitate background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to streamline onboarding activities and address any concerns.
- Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and track onboarding progress.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance during their transition.
- Develop and improve onboarding materials to enhance the overall experience for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure onboarding aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in onboarding and HR administration.
- Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
