Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 3-4 days/week)

A financial services client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a motivated recruiter to support full‑cycle hiring for internship, entry‑level, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will be customer service‑oriented, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process:
  Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates from a variety of sources, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and agency contacts
• Own the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics on a regular basis to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
• Proven ability to multitask and improve processes with a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
