Job Description
  • helping in the processing and reconciling multi-state, multi-site biweekly payroll with approximately 5000 employees. Process and verify in a timely and accurate manner New Hires, W4’s, Terminations, Rate Changes, Status Changes, Rehires, etc.
  • 3+ years of dedicated payroll experience; including experience troubleshooting and resolving issues, reviewing and auditing payroll data and resolving employee issues.
  • Hands on Ceridian Web based Payroll Knowledge preferred. ADP experience would also be relevant.
  • Strong systems skills in MS office, including Access and Excel.
  • Oracle Time and Labor Experience preferred.
  • Experience in Workday is a plus, but not required.
  • Good organization skills with dealing with large amounts of data.
  • Strong communication skills to act as contact for employee questions.
Critical Job Functions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team, Ability to prioritize, multi-task while meeting deadlines.
  • Needed: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications
