Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite)

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 Base + Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

A fast-growing, global life science organization headquartered in Cambridge is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join its HR team. This newly created role reports directly to the VP of HR and will play a critical role in shaping total rewards strategy across a multi-national organization.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys building compensation infrastructure while also maintaining strong ownership of benefits administration.

What You’ll Own Compensation (Primary Focus)
  • Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis initiatives
  • Develop and maintain salary structures and job leveling frameworks
  • Manage annual merit and bonus planning cycles
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support executive and incentive compensation initiatives
  • Administer equity programs including grant tracking, vesting schedules, and compliance coordination
Benefits & Total Rewards
  • Manage broker and vendor relationships
  • Support annual open enrollment planning and execution
  • Administer health, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Serve as point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7+ years of compensation and benefits experience
  • Strong compensation benchmarking and salary survey experience (Aon, Radford, Pay Factors, Paycom, etc.)
  • Equity administration exposure (RSUs, stock plans, LTI programs)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce a plus)
  • Strong analytical and business partnership skills
  • Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Cambridge
