Director, HR Technology
The Director, HR Technology is responsible for leading the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Alnylam's HR technology ecosystem. This role will own the Success Factors platform, drive the adoption of AI-enabled and digital capabilities, and partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR solutions. Reporting to the Executive Director, HR Innovation & Analytics, this is a critical leadership role that will ensure HR technology effectively enables core HR processes, supports business growth, and enhances overall employee experience across the organization.
This is a hybrid position and will primarily be based in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, including leadership of enterprise HR platforms.
- Experience with Success Factors is preferred, including Employee Central and talent modules.
- Demonstrated success leading HR technology implementations, or large-scale optimization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with AI, automation, or advanced digital capabilities within HR technology environments preferred.
- Experience in global and/or regulated environments preferred.
