Role:
Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner supporting R&D at Agios, focused on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture enhancement.
- build trusted relationships across all organizational levels;

- deliver core HR programs—talent, performance, compensation;

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles in fast-paced, science-driven environments;
- strong influence and trust-building skills across all levels;
- expertise in organization design, talent development, change management, and employee relations;
- experience in biotech, pharma, or similar industries supporting R&D or technical teams preferred.
