HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
For our client, we are seeking a People Business Partner Research and Development North America to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will partner closely with R&D leaders across North America to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and support business execution in a highly regulated, innovation-driven environment. The position will influence talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee relations across multiple client groups. It will also help translate global people priorities into locally relevant actions that support performance, engagement, and growth.
Location:
Cambridge, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $325,000 annually
Responsibilities- Drive talent management strategies and establish succession plans for R&D roles
- Advise and guide teams on R&D business strategy execution
- Manage employee relations and foster trust among stakeholders
- Advocate and implement the People & Culture agenda across client groups
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning for all departments in R&D
- Manage project delivery of R&D people priorities in North America
- Provide local insights to inform global initiatives and projects
- University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Law, Psychology, or a comparable field
- Fluent in English
- 10-15 years of professional people and culture experience
- Strong knowledge of people management processes and digital tools
- Business-oriented and commercially minded
- Experience in organizational design and development
- Structured thinking and working style with strong situational awareness
