Location: Boston/Cambridge area at least three days per week (hybrid model).

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension or conversion

Pay Rate: $75–$84.97/hr (W2)

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, and cross-functional coordination for the HCP
360 Orchestration Engine initiative. This role oversees delivery across six integrated work streams:
Data, Behavioral Insights, Data Science & Decision Engine, IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel/Field Activation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely outcomes.

• Program Planning & Governance: Build and manage the master program plan, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel teams.
• Meeting Leadership: Run program forums, set agendas, document decisions, and track action items to closure.
• Execution Oversight: Maintain the program roadmap, manage interdependencies, and ensure synchronized delivery across work streams.
• Communication & Change Management: Provide clear stakeholder updates and support adoption of new processes and operating models.

• Extensive experience in program or project management, ideally within pharma or biotech environments.
• Strong communication skills with executive-level presence and stakeholder management ability.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics, AI/ML, or omnichannel initiatives.
• Able to work onsite in the Boston/Cambridge area at least three days per week (hybrid model).
