The Retail Strategy Specialist will work under close leadership from our Amazon Strategy Manager, who leads the day-to-day strategy and execution of our Amazon channel. You should expect ~85% of your role focused on Amazon-related work streams. The remaining 15% of the role will be leveraged for support on other accounts, typically surrounding item setup, PDP setup, and other basic tasks.
The ideal candidate is scrappy, solution-oriented, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. Whether it’s resolving a shipping issue, updating a product detail page, or jumping into a cross-functional meeting to capture next steps - this person is energized by being the glue that holds the day-to-day together.

This role is based in Rockland, MA and is expected to be in-office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Retail Operations & Order Management
• Manage daily order processing for Amazon (typically Monday/Tuesdays); communicate with demand planners on inventory flow and allocation
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery; proactively resolve fulfillment issues with warehouses, gather BOLs, and track outgoing shipments
• Submit and track troubleshooting tickets across platforms (item issues, catalog errors, certification enrollment, andon cords, etc)
• Pull and analyze reporting from Netsuite to guide availability and order accuracy
• Prepare weekly availability reports for Amazon and relevant agencies
• Monitor pricing across platforms, identifying and resolving MAP breaks or pricing discrepancies
II. Product Content & Brand Representation
• Execute new item setup
• Assist in PDP maintenance, ensuring they’re always accurate and up to date (titles, bullets, A+ content, thumbnails, videos, manuals, variations)
• Routinely audit and resolve content gaps, inaccuracies, or outdated assets
• Support ongoing brand page & marketing enhancements (Amazon Storefronts, Brand Stories, etc)
III. Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategic Admin
• Serve as notetaker and information hub during key retailer and internal meetings (e.g. New Product Launches, weekly agency check-ins)
• Organize and centralize action items to stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc projects that span product launches, system migrations, audit projects, process improvements, and more
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Comfortable with numbers and data—basic reporting, audits, and logic-based troubleshooting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, sorting)
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP tools a plus
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, e-commerce, or administrative support
