Small Team. Massive Impact. Global Reach.

Are you a Workday Adaptive Planning expert who thrives in a tight-knit, high-agility environment? At Kognitiv
, we don’t do "cookie-cutter" consulting. Our Adaptive practice is a specialized, elite group that partners with some of the largest and most complex Adaptive customers in the ecosystem.

Whether we are tackling massive global implementations or high-stakes Post-Production/AMS initiatives, we operate with a "think like an owner" mentality. If you’re looking for a role where you can lead high-complexity projects, mentor rising talent, and see the direct impact of your work on a daily basis, you belong here.

What you’ll do
  • Architect Complex Solutions: Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards that handle the intricacies of global business.

  • Bridge the Ecosystem: Ensure seamless data integrity by aligning Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financial Management.

  • Lead the Full Lifecycle: Take ownership of medium-to-large projects (Acquisitions, Phase X, etc.) from initial scoping and discovery through to Go-Live.

  • Master the Flow: Architect integrations between Workday and external data sources using advanced ETL methodologies.

  • Elevate the Team: Act as a mentor for less experienced consultants, contributing to our internal knowledge base and refining our "Kognitiv Point of View."

The Must-Haves

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who can lead through influence and expertise. You should bring:

  • Modeling Mastery: Deep experience in sheet modeling, structure modeling, and creating sophisticated Office Connect reports.

  • Integration Prowess: Hands‑on experience architecting integrations (including "Power of One") between Workday and external sources.

  • Cross‑Module Fluency: A strong proficiency in how Adaptive Planning intersects with HCM and Financials.

  • Advanced Excel

    Skills:

You’re an Excel wizard; it’s the foundation of everything we build.

  • Leadership Grit: The ability to manage multiple, parallel projects with high complexity without needing a roadmap handed to you.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience leading Workday Adaptive implementations or supporting Post-Production/AMS services.

  • Expertise in at least two key areas:
Reporting & Office Connect, Sheet/Structure Modeling, Security, or Integrations.

  • A proven track record of high client satisfaction and "Delivery Excellence."

  • Excellent communication skills—essential for our remote‑first, collaborative culture.
