Co‑op IT SpecialistMORSE is looking for a Co‑op IT Specialist to join our team of talented IT Professionals. Do you enjoy getting hands‑on with technology? Do you enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems? In this role you will assist with IT tasks and projects, including implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting a variety of technology as part of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a love of technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Onboarding of new employees
- Manage Poly VTC Systems
- Assisting with new system implementation
- Helping to configure, manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers
- Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including planning and project rollout support
- Becoming familiar with IT security and data protection
- Working towards a BS or BA degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject
- Familiarity with MacOS X, Linux and Windows Operating Systems
- Understanding of Networks
- Experience working with virtual machines and containers
- Experience with shell scripting on
* nix systems
