Overview
Henley Morgan is recruiting an experienced Senior Net Suite Business Systems Analyst for a high-growth technology company expanding its Business Systems function due to continued scale across finance and operations.

You will join a growing Business Systems team, acting as the Net Suite subject matter expert across Finance, Operations, and Engineering. The role focuses on ensuring the Net Suite platform and related integrations scale effectively as the business grows.
Responsibilities- Own and support the Net Suite platform across finance and operational functions
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Net Suite solutions
- Configure and customise Net Suite including workflows, custom records, Suite Script, and saved searches
- Design and deliver integrations between Net Suite and other core business systems
- Lead system enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment
- Support end-to-end business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition
- Produce system documentation, process guides, and end-user training
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience
- Strong knowledge of Net Suite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Revenue
- Experience with Suite Script, workflows, custom objects, and Net Suite APIs
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills working with finance, operations, and engineering teams
- Office-based role in Cambridge, MA
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site and relocate if required
$145,000–$175,000 depending on experience plus equity and comprehensive benefits package.
