** The Digital Patient Experience Product Line leverages innovative digital technologies and capabilities to improve treatment experience and overall health outcomes for patients undertaking Sanofi's life-changing medicines. To support the trajectory of rapid growth of the Product Line and ensure that it scales efficiently and effectively, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Owner for our Patient Find and Diagnose product line.

This is a senior leadership role in the Digital Patient Experience Team leading the development and oversight of pre-prescription digital patient experience solutions across all therapeutic areas and markets. Your mission is to accelerate patient identification and diagnosis through advanced digital capabilities including telehealth, care pathway tools, diagnostic models, digital biomarkers, and symptom checkers to close care gaps, improve outcomes, and support both clinical and commercial priorities.

Success in this role requires effective collaboration with senior leaders, Product Owners, and experts across data analytics, data science, engineering, cybersecurity, regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance, and technology functions. You will drive the implementation of patient-empowering digital health solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen cross-functional coordination throughout the healthcare workflow.

Partnering closely with Digital and Therapeutic Area business leaders, you will lead strategic alignment, prioritization, and efficient orchestration of resources including budget, talent, and delivery capacity to ensure successful execution of agreed digital initiatives.

* * Define and communicate a clear digital product Vision and Mission for Patient Find and Diagnosis solutions, supported strategic plan and product roadmap aligned with business objectives to accelerate patient identification and diagnosis solutions enabling the access to optimal therapy faster.
* Define and articulate product roadmaps grounded in business cases, market research, customer insights, user research and competitive analysis.
* Lead the development of the Sanofi Digital Patient Experience – Patient Find and Diagnose portfolio, establishing scalable standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing unmet customer needs.
* Foster solution co‑creation by incorporating user and customer feedback, continuously improving the end‑user experience and driving adoption.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners - including business, design, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, finance and more to assess feasibility and successfully deliver new products or enhancements.
* Define KPIs and value propositions, and make informed decisions on whether to continue, adjust, or discontinue initiatives. Contribute to program increment objective review and measurement of business value achievement.
* Oversee release planning, determining when sufficient value has been delivered to justify release to customers.
* Enable product development teams to execute efficiently with a strong focus on business value generation.
* Stay current on advancements in patient identification and diagnostic technologies, integrating innovative approaches and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
