What You Will Do

The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, the Program Manager is the operational heartbeat of our customer delivery organization. You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Implementation Project Managers (SPMs) to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the Tetra Science Operating System (OS).

  • Standardize the Playbook:
Transition our delivery from "bespoke" to "industrialized." You will author high-fidelity documentation, work instructions, and implementation frameworks in Confluence to ensure a "single source of truth."
  • Portfolio Governance:
Establish KPIs and live dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the health of all product development. You are the final point of escalation for delivery blockers across the CCO’s organization.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Partner with Engineering, Product, and "Sciborgs" to align technical dependencies (Cloud, Data Engineering, AI models) with customer commitments.
  • Executive Engagement:
Represent the CCO’s office in C-level conversations with our Life Science partners, navigating organizational complexity and ensuring long-term customer value.

You thrive in ambiguity, move with extreme urgency, and have a track record of "same-day" risk escalation.
  • Technical Fluency:
Deep understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and how data underpins AI/ML.
  • Documentation Mastery:
Ability to design blueprints and visual workflows (Lucid Chart, Miro, etc.) that simplify complex technical operations.
  • Scientific Domain Knowledge:
Experience with laboratory data, GxP compliance, or a background in Life Sciences/Biotech.

  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • 401K
  • Flexible working arrangements - Remote work
  • Company paid Life Insurance, LTD/STD
