As a Neurodivergent Career Coach, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their career journey—from choosing the right path to thriving in their current role. You’ll co-create sustainable strategies that honor neurodivergent strengths, support executive functioning, and foster long-term growth. This role blends flexibility with responsiveness, allowing you to manage your schedule while staying engaged with clients and team communications Monday–Friday.

• Lead 1:1 coaching and career assessments
• Design personalized career plans and job search strategies with the inhouse materials
• Provide resume, Linked In and cover letter writing & support
• Facilitate interview preparation and team communication guidance
• Track client progress and maintain accountability
• Communicate promptly with clients throughout the week
• Attend team meetings
• Daily communication with clients
• Set goals, expectations and boundaries with clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of career coaching and counseling experience
• Proven success in helping clients secure jobs
• Resume writing experience
• Skilled in setting clear expectations and boundaries through direct, respectful communication.
• Available to respond to clients and internal requests Monday–Friday in a timely manner
• Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Knowledge of neurodivergent coaching tools and strategies
