Accountabilities
- Managethedigitaldexteritypipeline
- Operate the platform-signal pipeline and standingcadencewith DD (regular briefings forupcomingplatform/toolchangesand roadmap timing).
- Lead SMEcontributionsto theChange Impact Assessment (CIA):classify impact (high/medium/low),adviseon appropriateenablementresponses, andrecommendtimelines andresourceneeds.
- Serveasthe technicalaccuracygate for platform-specific
DD assets: validate “howitworksat
Takeda”guidance,maintain
FAQs/known-issues, anddefinepracticalguardrails andapprovedpractices. - Signoff on technicalcontentpriortopublishto reducelearnerconfusionandrework.
- Own delivery of high-credibilityenablementmoments: demos, office hours, tech-update sessions, SME Q&A, and SMEstaffingfor DD Live/regional events.
- Developreusabledeliveryplaybooks(runbooks, demo scripts, SME briefing notes) andensureenablementisconsistentlyhighqualityacrossregions.
- Manageandgrowthe SME roster (Platform & ToolSMEs,enablementspecialists),including scheduling,SLAs,rotation plans, andcapacityforecasting forlaunchesandsustainment.
- Ensure coverage forchampionscalls, office hours andlocalactivations, and coordinate SMEhandoffswith the Product Ownerand Program Manager.
- Translatetechnicalchangesignalsintoactionableinputs for the DD Product Ownerand Instructional Designers (e.g., scope of work,recommended delivery formats,localization considerations).
- Ensureclearacceptancecriteriaandsign-offsfor tool-specific learning assets.
- Actastheprimaryliaison to platform/product owners(DPE, Microsoft product owners, etc.),negotiating
SME access andinfluenceover timelines. - Workcloselywith Change Enablementtosequencemessagesand with Reporting &Measurementtoensuretelemetry/usageisinterpretedcorrectly.
- Maintaina “technical accuracy” living register(known issues,workarounds) and incorporate feedback loops from Champions andregionaldeliveryintoimprovements.
- Drive post-release reviews for majorlaunchesandadaptSMEplaybookstominimizerecurringissues
- Remaincurrentondigitalandemergingtechnologiesand trends.
- Asamemberof the Learning & Development team supportotherteam activitiesasneeded
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum7yearsexperiencein platform/product enablement, technical training, digital workplace operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise adoption.
- Demonstrated experience managing SMEs and coordinating enterprise-scale enablement (large launches, multi-region events, or enterprise rollouts).
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation experience with product/platform teams; experience establishing
SLAs and managing cross-functional dependencies. - Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint) and an appreciation for AI/agentic tooling (Copilot/my Aibou).
- Proven ability to create runbooks, knowledge bases, and repeatable delivery playbooks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and translating strategy into operational plans.
- Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
- Analytical Skills – ability toanalyzea wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
- Experience in managing multiplestakeholdersnetworks
- A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables ina timelyand effective manner
- Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies
- Comfortable in a lean environment and skilled at applying automation or AI-enabled approaches to scale delivery.
- Hands-on experience delivering demos and live enablement sessions at scale.
- Experience contributing to Change Impact Assessment processes and aligning technical delivery to impact tiers.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating capacitytradeoffsacross partner orgs.
- Experience managing distributed SME teams and supporting global/regionally dispersed activations.
