The Clinical Digital & AI Acceleration innovation Manager is a

** reporting to the Head of Clinical Digital & AI Acceleration, with  
** _explicit accountability for shaping, steering, and realizing the value of CSO's digital and AI transformation agenda_
** across Sanofi's Clinical Sciences & Operations (CSO).

The role

** _orchestrating global-scale digital and AI transformation_
** across clinical development,  
** _with decision rights on portfolio prioritization, investment trade-offs, resource allocation, and execution strategies_
** within the transformation portfolio. The incumbent  
** _directly influences CSO operating model evolution_** , ensuring that digital and AI initiatives fundamentally reshape how clinical trials are designed, executed, and governed globally, with  
** _measurable business, quality, and patient impact_** .

** _produce decision-grade insights for CSO leadership_** , translate complex technology and regulatory constraints into
