We help to accelerate and protect the digital experiences of major financial institutions, providing advisory and leadership. As the Financial Services team, we build loyalty and growth through relationships and understanding of customer's needs.
Responsibilities- Owning program management and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure customers get the most value out of solutions.
- Being an expert and technical advisor to architect and manage web performance and security solutions.
- Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline.
- Leading a cross-functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy.
- Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions.
- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success.
- Have experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully.
- Have experience in web development and security technologies, methodologies and languages.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner.
- Be a team player with ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

CompensationAkamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US-based candidates only, the base salary ranges from $100,700 to $181,300 per year; compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may include incentive compensation opportunities, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
