** Your role and responsibilities*
* Role Overview

As an Associate Partner within the Business Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted executive advisor and strategic leader orchestrating complex, enterprise-wide transformation engagements. Working in lockstep with Enterprise Strategy leadership, you will bridge the gap between visionary strategy and operational execution. You will lead high-performing teams, shape industry-defining points of view, and architect the strategic frameworks that enable clients to navigate disruptive change and realize sustainable value.

Primary Responsibilities

* Shape Industry Points of View & Strategy:
Synthesize macro-economic trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive forces to define "next-generation" industry best practices. Act as a thought leader, leveraging deep industry insights to proactively shape the transformation agenda for C-suite clients.

* Direct Executive-Level Diagnostics & Data Synthesis:
Oversee the continuous gathering, diagnostic analysis, and synthesis of complex client operational and financial data. Translate disparate data points into high-impact narrative insights that define the investment case and underpin critical strategic decisions.

* Architect & Validate Strategic Recommendations:
Lead the formulation, visualization, and road mapping of holistic business transformation strategies. Partner with client executives to pressure-test recommendations, ensure alignment with corporate vision, and secure buy-in for multi-year transformation journeys.

* Design Future-State Operating Models:
Lead the diagnostic evaluation of complex, global "as-is" operating models. Architect scalable target operating models (TOM) and optimized business processes that eliminate structural friction and unlock enterprise agility.

* Drive Value Orchestration & Holistic Business Analysis:
Direct comprehensive analysis across interconnected domains-including business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and governance. Own the end-to-end value realization framework, ensuring that initiatives are rigorously tracked from initial business case through to final execution.

* Practice Leadership & Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary delivery lead on major engagements, mentoring delivery teams while managing senior client relationships. Contribute to business development by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and shaping proposals for net-new pursuits.

- Business Process Optimization:
Deep understanding of business processes and operating models, with expertise in documenting as-is processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
