IT Specialist Co-op Cambridge, MA

MORSE Corp is an employee‑owned, small business based in Cambridge, MA, Arlington, VA, and Seattle, WA that has a history of fielding cutting‑edge technology.

MORSE is looking for a Co‑op IT Specialist to join our team of talented IT professionals. In this role you will assist with IT tasks and projects, including implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting a variety of technology as part of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a love of technology.

• Onboarding of new employees
• Manage Poly VTC Systems
• Assist with new system implementation
• Help configure, manage, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
• Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including planning and project rollout support
• Become familiar with IT security and data protection

• Working toward a BS or BA degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject
• Familiarity with MacOS X, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of networks
• Experience working with virtual machines and containers
• Experience with shell scripting on
  * nix systems

This co‑op is available from September through December 2026.

$24 - $30 USD per hour
