Overview

Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development lifecycle by autonomously building custom software. We’re transforming how enterprises build software and aim to turn enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 base salary plus bonus and equity. Report to the Chief of Staff.

About

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of Blitzy’s outward-facing product messaging. This includes creating high-value content assets to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. You will partner with demand generation, sales, engineering, and product to build impactful narratives, sales collateral, and customer success stories to demonstrate the transformational value of Blitzy. You must understand the enterprise software development lifecycle deeply and be a strong storyteller guiding prospects and customers through the journey and change required to adopt an agentic SDLC.

You Will Own
  • Work with Chief of Staff and Demand Generation to define and build the Marketing Technology Stack
  • Create content to drive measurable increases in awareness and pipeline growth
  • Work with sales to create targeted campaigns
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief of Staff and the CEO on growth strategy and positioning
  • Build systems and processes that scale with rapid growth
  • Collaborate with Developer Relations to create product-specific content and synthesize field-level findings into generalizable content
  • Write for two distinct audiences: the hands-on engineer and the value-focused CTO/CIO
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions
  • Build a library of content assets: white papers, webinars, industry roadmaps, customer success stories and solution briefs
  • Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and nurture sequences
  • Position Blitzy as a thought leader in AI-driven software development and understand the ecosystem and the new agentic SDLC
  • Act as a research-driven generalist who can turn vertical-specific insights into solution narratives
  • Identify common points of friction for engineering teams and tailor messaging to address them
  • Understand our unique value proposition and how we differentiate from competitors
Required Experience
  • 6+ years of B2B content and growth marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise SDLC and PDLC, with engineering background or proven experience leading product marketing for a deeply technical product
  • Strong technical writing skills for executive and developer audiences
  • A master of positioning and copy—hands-on-keyboard role, not a dashboard analyst
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through content
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-growth startup environment
  • Senior-level Individual Contributor who can immediately own the function
Ways to Stand Out
  • Software engineering experience
  • Experience or personal use of AI coding assistants like Cursor, Replit, Git Hub Co-Pilot, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with executive leadership and external partners
  • Portfolio of published marketing/launch assets for enterprise AI or SDLC projects
  • Experience building content and marketing functions from scratch at early-stage companies
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot, paid media platforms, and analytics dashboards (Looker, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Knowledge of vertical markets such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
  • Understanding of AI/ML platforms and the enterprise software buying process
