Paid Social Manager

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager who is equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven strategist. This role sits on our growth team and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings proven strategic vision to the table, and knows how to turn insights into scalable growth. You will own the strategy and execution of our paid social campaigns to drive significant improvements in our acquisition metrics and support our customer acquisition goals.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and own the paid social strategy across all channels, aligning with broader business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead day-to-day management, optimization, and A/B testing of paid social campaigns across channels, ensuring efficient spend.
  • Monitor campaign performance against monthly/yearly goals, ensuring paid social efforts contribute to business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new paid social platforms and beta opportunities to drive incremental growth and competitive advantage.
  • Build high-impact campaigns, ad sets, and ads with sophisticated targeting, placements, and objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to define campaign messaging, positioning, and objectives.
  • Establish a proactive creative refresh and testing schedule to prevent ad fatigue and maintain audience engagement.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to brief, develop, and deliver fresh creative assets.
  • Leverage backend performance data in Tableau and other analytics tools to uncover trends, generate strategic insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Assist with paid search and display initiatives, helping manage campaigns and drive optimizations.
  • Share platform insights and emerging social trends with the paid media and marketing teams to inform broader strategy.
  • Manage UTM tracking and tagging to ensure accurate attribution across all campaigns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop new dashboards and reporting frameworks as needed.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to continually improve paid social strategy.

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media management experience
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with advanced knowledge of campaign structure, optimization, and platform capabilities
  • Experience managing Tik Tok, Pinterest, You Tube Ads, and Reddit
  • Familiarity with Paid Search and Display advertising and ability to support optimization efforts across these channels.
  • Strong track record managing campaign budgets and optimizing results.
  • Adept at running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative, copy, and targeting.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4 and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Comfortable creating weekly/monthly reports and delivering results clearly.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for design
