We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to play a critical role on this large complex program. The BA will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The BA will gather and analyze company data to identify needs and recommend solutions, working across teams to eliminate redundancies and improve overall operations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of business operations and IT systems.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners.

Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.

Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for projects, processes, or systems.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation in JIRA, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and user stories.

Ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly by the project team.

Collaborate with the project team to determine the level of effort and prioritize the implementation of features and migration of applications.

Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.

Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance test plans to ensure the quality of the delivered solution.

Validate that implemented solutions meet specified requirements.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users during and after the implementation.

Identify and communicate risks associated with the project.

3-5 years proven experience as a BA, preferably on large, complex projects

Strong understanding of business operations and objectives

Strong knowledge of business process mapping and optimization

Proven ability to gather, document, and manage project requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Experience with Excel, SQL, or specialized software to extract insights

Understanding of IT infrastructure and security best practices

Experience in JIRA for requirement management

Experience with Agile methodologies

Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and custom integrations

Familiarity with out-of-the-box configurations for access management systems

Knowledge of access management principles
