We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT divestiture, carve-out, and separation programs
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional technology work streams and delivering large-scale migration initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT separation and migration projects.
• Manage data migration
  , application migration
  , and network infrastructure separation activities.
• Oversee cloud migration initiatives, with preference for Microsoft Azure
  .
• Coordinate Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation and transition.
• Develop and execute cutover plans and ensure business readiness.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure successful project delivery with minimal business disruption.

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading IT divestitures, carve-outs, or separation programs
  .
• Strong experience with:
• Data Migration
• Network Migration & Infrastructure Separation
• Application Migration
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Cutover Planning
• Executive Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Microsoft Project.
